Article 1 (Definition)
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below.
- (1) "Member" means an individual who has agreed to these Terms and Conditions and has registered as a member in the prescribed manner.
- (2) "Our company" refers to the SPORTS TAILORS PTY LTD Group, which consists of SPORTS TAILORS PTY LTD Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") and affiliated companies of our company as separately designated by our company.
- (3) "Services" refers to the various services provided by our company to members on various websites operated by our company, such as "B-Five," "PixoAleiro,".
- (4) "Transactions" refers to various activities that members perform using the group site, such as shopping, sending and receiving emails, providing and obtaining information, and applying for prizes.
- (5) "These Terms and Conditions" refers to these Terms and Conditions, the Site Usage Guidelines, the Shopping Guidelines on Group Sites, and other terms and conditions and guidelines established by our company.
- (6) "Member information" means information about the member's attributes disclosed to the Company by the member and information about the member's transaction history, etc. (including information collected pursuant to Article 10).
- Article 2 (Members)
- 1. Members may use each service on the group sites in accordance with the conditions set by our company.
- 2. Members may not transfer, sublease, pledge, or otherwise dispose of any rights acquired from the Company through their membership status or use of the Services.

- Article 4 (Membership Registration Procedures)

1. Membership Qualifications
Individuals who agree to these terms and conditions and submit the prescribed membership application will be granted membership status after completing the prescribed registration procedures. Membership registration procedures must be performed by the individual who will become the member. Registration by proxy is not permitted. Please note that we may refuse membership applications from individuals whose membership has been revoked in the past or from individuals whom we deem unsuitable. -
2. Entering Member Information
When registering as a member, please carefully read the input instructions and accurately enter the required information into the designated input form.
- Article 5 (Email and password management)
- Members are responsible for managing their own email address and password, including changing them regularly to prevent them from being known to others. A user will be considered to have used the service once the entered email address and password are verified to match those registered through the prescribed method. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the theft, misuse, or use of an email address and password by anyone other than the member.
- Article 6 (Changes to Registration Information)
- If there are any changes to your registered information, please update your registration as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any damages resulting from failure to update your registration. Furthermore, even if you update your registration, transactions that have already been processed before the update will be conducted based on the information prior to the update. If you need to notify us of the changes to your registration information regarding such transactions, please contact us directly.
- Article 7 (Withdrawal of Membership)
- If a member wishes to withdraw, they must delete their own membership information. Withdrawal will be effective upon completion of the prescribed withdrawal procedure.
- Article 8 (Our Exemption from Liability)
- 1. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members in connection with our services, including but not limited to, damages resulting from system interruptions, delays, suspensions, or data loss due to failures in communication lines or computers, or damages caused by unauthorized access to data.
- 2. We do not guarantee that email content sent from our web pages, servers, domains, etc., is free from harmful elements such as computer viruses.
- 3. We may provide information and advice to our members from time to time, but we do not assume any responsibility for such information or advice.
- 4. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by a member as a result of their violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 9 (Prohibited matters)
When using this service, members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions:
- (1) Violation of laws and regulations, these Terms and Conditions, the group site usage guidelines, shopping guidelines, or other Terms and Conditions.
- (2) Infringing upon the rights, interests, reputation, etc. of our company or other third parties.
- (3) Engaging in any act that may have an adverse effect on the physical or mental health of a minor, or any other act that is contrary to public order and morals.
- (4) Engaging in any conduct that is a nuisance or causes discomfort to other users or other third parties.
- (5) Entering false information
- (6) Sending or posting harmful computer programs, emails, etc.
- (7) Unauthorized access to our servers or other computers
- (8) Lending, transferring, or sharing your email address and password with a third party.
- Article 10 (Regarding Cookies, etc.)
- 1. In order to authenticate that a member has accessed the group site, to investigate members' access history and usage, and to provide members with the best possible service, we collect information about the IP address when a member accesses our server, information about the mobile device identification number if accessed via a mobile device, and information about the member's access history using cookie technology.
- 2. In order for members to use the services as members, they must accept the preceding paragraph and accept cookies. Therefore, please be aware that if you configure your browser to reject cookies, you will not be able to use the services as a member.
- Article 11 (Handling of Member Information)

- Article 12 (Use of Services)
- To use each service, you must agree to the terms of service for that service in advance.
- Article 13 (Interruption/Suspension of Services, etc.)

- Article 14 (Suspension of Use and Revocation of Membership for Specific Members)

If our company determines that a particular member falls under any of the following categories, we may, without prior notice, suspend the member's use of the service, change the member's email address and password, or revoke the member's membership. Our company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the member as a result.
- (1) If a member engages in any conduct that violates laws, regulations, or these Terms and Conditions
- (2) If a member engages in fraudulent activity in relation to the use of the service
- (3) When necessary to ensure the security of the member, such as when there have been more than a certain number of incorrect password entries.
- (4) Other cases in which the Company deems it appropriate
- 2. In addition to the foregoing, if a member fails to log in a certain number of times within a certain period determined by the Company, the Company may change the member's email address and password or revoke their membership without prior notice.
- Article 15 (Changes and discontinuation of services)
- Our company reserves the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the services at any time, at its discretion.
- Article 16 (Revision of these Terms and Conditions)
- Our company may revise these Terms and Conditions at its discretion, and may also establish supplementary terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Terms") to supplement these Terms and Conditions. Revisions or supplements to these Terms and Conditions shall become effective when the revised Terms and Conditions or Supplementary Terms are posted on our designated website. In this case, members shall abide by the revised Terms and Conditions and Supplementary Terms.
