This document outlines how to order our services. Please note that the delivery process varies depending on your payment method.
Order products online
Please place your order through the BFIVE website（https://b-five.com.au/）.
We have a dedicated website for smartphones as well as a PC site, so please feel free to use that as well.
We will contact you on the same day or by the next business day.
Confirm the specifications of your ordered items with our staff.
After you place your order, our staff will send you image previews and team name images based on your order specifications. Please feel free to contact us if you have any design revisions or questions about the product.
From day 1 until you are satisfied
Order Confirmation
After the design specifications are finalized, we will send you a confirmation of the final order details and a price estimate. The start date of manufacturing will vary depending on the payment method. For details on "Payment Methods," please see here.
Payment Method
Product manufacturing begins after payment for the product is received (after payment confirmation).
We will begin manufacturing your custom product on the same day or the next business day. Please wait a while until it is completed.

Product completion and shipping
After manufacturing is complete, we will inspect the products at our company before shipping them to you.
Please allow some time for delivery after we ship your order.
Product arrival
Please receive your package from the delivery company.
